Hi all, Sumi Earth Art will be participating in Sidewalk Saturdays now through September. I will have available my mixed media art works and will be hosted by Rome Sweet Rome an authentic Italian Bakery in downtown Plymouth on June 6th & 11th from 10 am -4pm. Sidewalk Saturdays will feature artists, musicians & crafters hosted by local businesses along the harbor area and in downtown Plymouth. Come ondown and join the fun....

A New process I developed uses a technique; I call Sumi Earth Art.I collect fresh flower blossoms,leaves; seaweeds and sandollars;arranging materials to create landscapes. Using an ancient ink painting medium from Japan Sumi-ee watercolor technique. Positioning a sanddollar as the sun completes the scene. Shown, "Mermaid Under the Sea"
